Hi, Im Heidi.

I grew up in Austria, where herbal medicine was used by my grandmother. I have fond memories of going into the attic as a small child and always seeing bundles of herbs drying. The tradition continued with my Mum who would make concoctions and fermented preserves every summer and autumn, many of which were delicious, some not so much!

I am always humbled by the conversation a herbal formula starts with a client’s body and then extends into the psyche and soul, restoring balance, vitality and health.
