Herbal Remedies

About
Heidi
I grew up in Austria, where herbal medicine was used by my grandmother. I have fond memories of going into the attic as a small child and always seeing bundles of herbs drying. The tradition continued with my Mum who would make concoctions and fermented preserves every summer and autumn, many of which were delicious, some not so much!
Folk medicine is having a huge revival in Austria and I have traveled back since moving to Australia to spend time with traditional healers and integrative GPs who use plant medicine.
Over 20 years ago I started formal studies in Naturopathy, Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, I have worked in Natural Health since 2001 and have practiced in private clinic since 2011.
